Forum Karlín

An industrial space for thousands of people and world-famous names. Forum Karlín was created in 2014 by converting former industrial buildings. The site was once part of the ČKD works, which among other things made steam boilers for the whole of Austria-Hungary.

For a standing concert Forum Karlín holds up to 3,800 people. Since it opened, Forum Karlín has become one of Prague’s major venues for large concerts and hosts dozens of music events every year. The space owes much of its form to the world-renowned Spanish architect Ricardo Bofill, who joined the industrial character of the original buildings to a modern concert hall.
